How do you staff multiple locations?
BLS is a based in Rocky Hill, CT. We have a local outreach power and can support nationwide openings.
What is your employee screening process like?
BLS will customize the program to best fit your needs. We offer complete pre-hire screenings from background checks to drug testing. See Screening Process
How much lead time do you require for seasonal contracts/positions?

Can we use BLS if we just need help hiring someone for a permanent position?
