This opportunity is designed to provide practical training directly related to the candidate’s field of study, while supporting real business operations. Participants will gain exposure to core staffing industry functions, including client development, candidate engagement, and recruiting workflows.
This is a training-focused, supervised experience intended to build foundational skills in communication, sales, and recruiting within a professional environment.
Conduct research on potential clients, industries, and market trends
Identify target companies and hiring needs
Support recruiting efforts by identifying candidate pools
Learn how to use research tools and platforms to gather relevant business insights
Engage with potential clients and candidates via email, LinkedIn, and phone
