Program description
BestLogic Staffing may send text messages about recruiting, job opportunities, application updates, interview coordination, staffing services, appointments, and related communications to people who have provided consent.
How to opt in
You may opt in through the optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on the BestLogic Staffing Contact page. The checkbox is separate from the required consent to respond to your general inquiry. You are not required to consent to text messages to submit the form, apply for employment, receive staffing services, or purchase any service.
Consent
By affirmatively selecting the optional SMS consent checkbox, you authorize BestLogic Staffing to send SMS or MMS messages to the mobile number you provided regarding your inquiry, appointment, application, account, job opportunity, interview coordination, or staffing service.
Message frequency, charges, opt out, and help

Mobile-information privacy
BestLogic Staffing uses mobile information to administer the messaging program, respond to recipients, and provide recruiting or staffing communications. Information may be disclosed to messaging vendors and other service providers solely as necessary to operate the program, or when required by law.
SMS Privacy: No mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be the account holder or have authorization to enroll the mobile number. Do not use the program for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
Changes
BestLogic Staffing may update or discontinue the messaging program or these terms. Material updates will be posted on this page. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
