Sales / Management Program
Program Overview:
We are on a mission to continue our growth and as result, we are looking for Sales/Business/Marketing Development Interns! This role provides you with a foundation of training, the support to achieve success ultimately a career path in BestLogic Staffing.
Activities/Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales and business development for a defined territory
Cold call to create new business opportunities and increase sales by presenting information, up-selling and seeking out new sources of revenues from clients
Demonstrate how companies experience and services could benefit the company/client and help their company grow.
Establish positive client relations through scheduling and conducting calls with clients
Develop and maintain a full business pipeline of prospective clients and assume all territory management in an assigned geographic region.
Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop sales strategies in the assigned territory.
Requirements:
Undergrad majoring in Business (Junior/Senior level)
Be comfortable cold calling to set new client meetings and increase sales.
Well-developed multi-tasking, organizational skills, and detail orientation are key to success.
Energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making ability.
Computer proficiency in MS Office, Excel, e-mail, and internet functions.
HR/Recruiting Program
Program Overview:
We are on a mission to continue our growth and as result, we are looking for HR Talent Acquisition/ Recruiter Intern! This role provides you with a foundation of training, the support to achieve success ultimately a career path in BestLogic Staffing.
Activities/Responsibilities:
As a member of BestLogic Staffing's North America Recruiting Team, you will gain valuable experience in employer branding, sourcing, screening. selecting, and recruitment at a growing staffing firm.
Employer branding & reputation: Collaborate with global colleagues to develop innovative, creative campaigns to attract top talent to our clients
Recruitment: Get deep insights behind the scenes of the complex recruitment lifecycle of a fast-growing organization and support recruitment initiatives
People analytics: Analyze data and derive insights to support taking our talent acquisition process to the next level
Demonstrate how candidates experience and services could benefit the company/client and help them grow.

Videography/Video Editing Program
Program Overview
BLS is seeking energetic, friendly and serious Videographer and Editor intern. If you’re interested in an exciting career in photography, enjoy creating a story board for photos, and is creative apply now ! This credit based, non paid three month internship program with the opportunity working full/part time. This program is for current college students and recent grads and must be approved by your school.

Below is a list of duties:
Light, record audio and film on-screen talent and product b-roll.
Edit footage filmed to create a clear and cohesive video that is engaging, informative and clear.
creating detail story boards for videos and recording them .
Assist on larger productions setting up lights, moving equipment or possibly acting as a background actor!
creating catchy creative videos for a clothing line. Using strong detail story boards
Requirements:
Undregrad majoring in Videography/Marketing (Junior/Senior Level)
2-3 years of experience working in the field (classroom) and in the studio with audio/video recordings
Technical proficiency in FCPX, Photoshop, Illustrator and audio software; After Effects a plus
Basic understanding of post-production, color correction/balancing
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be a one person team, or become a team member assisting on other projects.
Ability to use sound recording equipment (shotgun mics, lavalier mics).
Attention to detail is a must (check proper white balance, notice a smudge on the product being filmed, notice unintended reflections, etc.)
Able to accommodate unanticipated spikes in workload
Social Media/Marketing Program
Program Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to join the North America Marketing team as an intern. This role will primarily support the Creative and Brand Marketing Campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Community Management
Engage with BLS audiences on social media to develop brand awareness and affinity on all of our social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube).
Reach out to relevant bloggers, media outlets, power users, etc. on social media to share newly published content with them.
Flag customer service queries and issues.
Develop ways to grow our audiences organically.
Creative
Research and write short- and long-form content.
Refresh and optimize existing blog content.
Upload and edit blog content in Wordpress.
Source, crop and upload imagery for blogs and campaigns.
Social media
Assist with the development of social media-first content, including pitching content ideas, writing social copy, sourcing images and creating assets.
Monitor current events and trends for opportunities to insert the BLS brand into relevant real-time conversations.
General
Supporting Marketing and PR campaigns on an as-needed basis, including but not limited to analyzing travel data.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorms when applicable.
Requirements:
Undergrad majoring in Marketing/Communications (Junior/Senior Level) and recent graduates pursuing a degree in marketing/communications, English, or a related field are preferred
Excellent storytelling, verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative spirit, but also able to work independently
Interest in writing
Ability to adapt to a brand tone of voice
Strong spelling, grammar and proofreading skills
Must be able to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Sense of humor, contagious curiosity and creativity
Active on social media (either personal accounts or in a previous role); knows what makes a good story on different social channels.

Blogging/Writing Program
Program Overview
Seeking creative innovative intern to write blogs. Must be able to follow directions, edit and build online readers. Able to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
This opportunity is remote and the intern can write from the comfort of their own workplace, school, or home. Once the internship has started, the intern will write two 500+ word blog per week for a duration of 3 months. Through the blog writing process, the intern will receive feedback on drafts until the blog is to publishable standards. We also understand schedules are busy, especially during exams, work, and obligations, therefore the schedule is at your own pace. The main goal is for the intern to improve writing skills, gain technical SEO knowledge, and gain more exposure as an author. Currently, the internship is an unpaid internship opportunity.
Responsibilities:
As an Intern Blogger, the intern will research topics related to BestLogic Staffing, Hiring, Recruiting, and practice writing blog topic’s cultural significance. Through the internship, the intern will learn how to write and organize their articles in a way that implements proper SEO techniques and brand awareness.

Program Overview
We are seeking creative innovative graphic design intern to join our team (Summer Semester & Credit Based - 160 hours and must be approved by your school). As a creative intern, you will collaborate with our Creative, Account Service, Media and Public Relations departments in all stages of various marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain creative for clients and the staffing agency.
This internship will help you acquire and develop marketing and creative skills and provide you with knowledge of various creative marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in marketing and advertising and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.
