We have exclusive access to major job boards, as well as others that only professional recruiters can access, to find resumes that meet your criteria.
Upon identifying a pool of suitable candidates, we will deliver an agreed-upon number of resumes to you, after which you can take ownership of the recruitment process. This service is a fraction of the cost of our direct-hire or headhunting fee and remains the same regardless of how many candidates you end up hiring from the delivered resumes.
