Here at BestLogic Staffing, we take the art of hiring very seriously. Let us do the heavy lifting! Our staffing solutions meet a wide variety of needs, including:

Direct PlacementClient agrees to pay % of a qualified candidates first year’s annual base salary for BLS to recruit, identify, screen, and coordinate interview process for permanent employees for client.

Contract-to-HireWe will engage in recruiting a permanent employee for client, but bring them on for a contract to hire scenario. After designated amount of continuous employment at client location, client can bring the employee on as an internal employee with no additional fees. BLS will bill an hourly rate that will encompass all recruiting and pay roll fees.

Contract We can provide long or short-term contractors for project support. BLS will handle all expenses associates with the employee (Fica, Futa, Suta, Labor rates, insurance etc.) there are no co-employment issues because the employee works for BestLogic Staffing. We bill only for the hours physically worked by the contractor. Our mark-ups are significantly lower than an engineering firm providing a similar service.

Pay Roll ServicesWe will provide client a pay roll service, so client can bring on employees they identify, interns or co-ops, and retirees, for project support help with no insurance or tax liability.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) – Employers will transfer all or part of its recruitment processes to BestLogic Staffing RPO. We can provide our own or may assume the company's staff, technology, methodologies and reporting.
